a paint booth will also not allow the smell to exit the booth.

you can make a makeshift paintbooth in your garage. alot of people do it. search around on google on how to set something up. will make all the difference in the world on your paint jobs.
Like I sad earlier I am not worried so much about the dust, this is just a test piece to help me get technique and the mix down. When I actually go to do the whole car I will have my ghetto paint booth set up. Its a old camping dining fly with plastic around it.

Like I stated before but my post got deleted...you got ONE out of the TWO right.

Over spray is dust so technically a booth is NOT dust free. It also kind of depends on what kind of booth it is, cross-draft, down-draft, or semi-down draft but no matter what there is in fact dust in booths.
