cut a top hat?

Post by crx08 »

I have tried to cut these top hats I pulled from a junkyard since GC doesn't make extended top hats for the accords. I was using a hack saw for 20-30 mins and got no where. any one have any other suggestions on a quicker way to cut it off? or maybe have access to a band saw?

hole saw just a little bit bigger than the top.

either that or just get one the same size as the tubing your going to use perfect round hole to weld on :)
