all motor build

I have to agree w/ everyone else on this. The only reason I can think anyone would build a NA Honda motor is because they are competing in events that limit the asperation of the car.
if you want power, go turbo.

so i should go turbo? boosting an h22a1 in an eg hatch, it doesnt seem that theres enough room in the engine bay. what would i need to do the turbo right? like compression, pistons, ecu, etc etc.. and what price range would it be considering i can hook it up myself.

Listen to these guys!

A turbo H or K series has a lot better chance of "blowing the doors off of a tuned v8" depending on how tuned it is of course. Not to mention being cheaper than the all motor build by a long shot.

All motor is definitely fun but not usually a fast setup in terms of drag racing.

Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall, torque is how far you take the wall with you.
Hope this helps

You only want to run 10psi? You're probably not going to need sleeves or pistons or rods.

You need to do a ton of research before waste a bunch of money

People are not going to just hand you answers. Do some research on the web, like reading about different turbos and what they are good for, read build threads that have been finished that have similar goals as to what you are lookin for...etc

I can tell you that if you are going to run 10lbs on a H you won't need sleeve's. But if you do ever want to get more power(which you will) it is going to cost you a lot to sleeve the block. Check out Preludeonline.com and Preludezone.com. You can find lots of info there
