engine start cel d16z6

Hey , got a quick or maybe long question. Drove to work yesterday, one and a half mile drive, no problems. Got off work, tried to start it, wouldn't start. Cranked over no problem, but wouldn't start. Finally got it to start and got home to run a jump across the harness. Check engine code 43 came up. Looked that shit up, and it said possibly 02 sensor, or fuel system problem. What does anyone think, maybe fuel pump or fuel filter or o2? I run a d16z6

did it act like a main relay no start?

cranked fine, but wouldn't run...then after a couple tries the fuel pump kicked on and car started/ran just fine.

yea kinda like that. Turned key over, no start. turned key, over no start. Turn key back over, let it sit to see if i could hear the fuel pump, no start. Did it again it started. When it did try to start, it would start for a split second, then die. You could smell a bit of fumes too.

check if the pump is running when the key is on. if its not then its more than likely the main relay.
