WELl like i said, check the grouns. i also have a spare vss u can try. unplug your vss and make sure no water is in the plug to.

I'm going to double check the engine bay for any area where moisture could possible get in.

That would be awesome Dale. I mean I don know why it would just stop before it went intermittent and the cel isn't on. Shouldn't it be on?

well drove the car today and still no speedo or cel until about halfway down my street it came on, this time i was able to check it and it is indeed the VSS

ill get that vss from you dale and if it fixes it then, sweet, if not, wiring. idk why but im leaning toward wiring

don't think it's the wiring to the vss unless it's messed up at the jumper harness cause i don't think we changed that wiring at all.

i need to remember to bring home a multi meter or a test light just to see if one of the wires is grounding out because if the vss was bad wouldnt the cel be on all the time?
