Nitrous does not cause an engine to blow up, idiots using nitrous cause engines to blow up. If a "kit" is installed correctly and tuned correctly you can run nitrous all day long and cause no more harm that a turbo at the same power gains.

You need to do alot more Logical Research before you just start tearing stuff apart and spending money on it. But hey, its your car and your money. Everyone here is trying to answer YOUR question, with what they/we think would be a logical choice for what you're asking. If you dont like the answers than move on.
No offense, but you are probably new to all this.....as stated by your PnP making a HUUUUUGEEE difference statement. Take advice, learn yourself a thing or twelve. Do some research....then come back and ask questions.
Im not trying to be a dick, I myself....am just trying to help you out. Just like (almost)everyone here.
Listen to whats been said so far...... All of what you have in your head are supporting mods. By themselves they do practically nothing. A combination of them.....done right....can/will give you some perfomance increases. Dont Rely on whats referred to as the Butt Dyno.... You just think its faster because you did something. Go get the car dyno'd, see what you have to work with. Then make better judgements as to what needs to be done after. In the mean time, do more research on whats available to your price range and what will suite you best. This is all my opinion though. All of us started somewhere, all of us thought it was cool to just go out and buy the sweet shiny new parts and throw them on.... Thats just part of the game. Then, if you research and learn (the internet is a great tool for this) you can figure out what and how to piece things together for a decent budget and make things work in your favor.
As stated, you will not reach 200 flywheel horsepower for your budget unless you go with nitrous. Your stock 170 is probably more likely to be 140-150 ish at this point if your lucky. An intake alone you might get an improvement of 1-2 horsepower, Header Maybe 3-5. Ect.... It will take all the common bolt ons you can put on it to maybe reach 175. And that will put you way over your budget itself.
Like I said, and cant stress enough... Do More Research.

can anyone explain this to me? in theory i thought any restriction would inhibit power. straight pipes have less restriction correct? this is the whole reason im looking at buddy club's even though theyre ridiculously loud. just curious..
