i took it for granted that you knew this, but engine fires due to failed oil filters are due to an EXTERNAL failure.. not internal....
and there is ZERO proof the filter was the cause.

and if he wasnt stupid then he would know that fram's policies would have covered all damages if the filter was to be found at fault.

wow now that's fuck funny.

OK Honda filters and fram are the same way to go. its a preference so you throw out your ideas and hope people will take to them and use them. funny.

so question if fram made piston rings would you buy them over honda. hypothetically speaking. i bet not

your statement makes it seem like there aren't better products out in the world. you can't argue the fact that fram is a piece of shit. y the hell would you put on a something cheap and can cause problems. like double gasketing. or even leaking. just think about it your going down the track and you blow your motor due to lack of oil you would be on here pissing and moaning just like everyone else.

so you save a few bucks wow such a great fucking deal. but however you lose a 2000 or 3000 motor by going with cheap parts. sure go right a head. have fun with it.

o and by the way companies make tons of parts and there labeled differently that doesn't mean there the same. its called product placement.
You can talk shit all you want! eventually noone will care about your input. :yo:

That was cute the first time I saw it.

As for this thread, I have no problem using my Mobil1 filters and Mobil1 oil. Personal preference... my money... my car.

Did anyone else notice Rob posted the Screen Dump of Mike's comment and Mike avoided it completely.

I'm sorry... I deleted them.

I was reading them and for some reason every time it was YOUR thread, I spilled my coffee on my keyboard, and badda boom. Mike's threads were gone.

Don't classify "US" as assholes. We are on this forum just like you, with the mods watching over "US" as well. Don't blame "US", if a thread by you or with your "opinions" was deleted, it was a Mod.

Do not blame that shit on "us". We didn't do it.

You know what... Just, blame Canada.

mike93hatch;151574 wrote:uhh ok ill go take a pic in the morning of the fram filter on my crx to prove it. i would get a pic of the teg too because it had a fram on but just changed the oil in it yesterday and has a oreilys/microgaurd..but the filter should be in the trash so i can take a pic.

if anything it proves your an idiot for trusting a filter company thats known to have quality control issues.

hell i have yet to hear about a burned down car due to a tech 2000 filter from wal-mart.
mike93hatch;151579 wrote:why? everyone else praises oem honda filters, i guess theyre idiots now too..

not really a quality control issue rather than a design issue. INTERNAL design issue, not external bildo LMFAO

no walmarts any where around here have supertech oil filters. i dont know why. all they have is fram.

i wish they did because i LOVE supertech oil.
