EXACTLY the same...cardboard end caps and plastic valve. sorry bildo, you are using a fram filter. you choose a oil filter soley based on how well it comes off is just pure comedy.

I always double and triple check most of what I post. I'm guessing your story changing accusation is not towards me.

I never doubted that the Fram filter and Honda A02 PN filter internals were the same. But you can't deny that the gaskets are different. Either way, the Fram filter is not what is supposed to go on 88-00 Civics. End of story. If you still want to use it thats fine, I could care less. But to come on here and call people bandwagoners, trendfollowers, and stupid because we use the proper parts and/or quality parts just makes you look dumb.

how did we go from bashing fram because of their cardboard end caps and plastic valves to bashing them because of their o-ring? ahh, thats right, some of you just realized oem honda filters are the same thing as fram. LOL

so now everyone is saying the oem honda filter is a quality part because of its o-ring yet bash fram because of its internals although they are the exact same as oem honda. yup!! im the dumbass.

and im dense... i know. these are the kinds of comments i get towards the end of most of "my threads"

alot of people like to talk and then just stop discussing the topic at hand when i have a few posts waiting to be replied to.
