this is all pretty stupid anyways, ill continue using my fram oil filters and pennzoil oil and GUARANTEE all of you trend followers i will never have a single problem. who wants to beg to differ?
you might get lucky... and never have a problem.

or you could end up like AJ's parents and have a fram filter take out your beautiful ride... its a coin flip.

to me, not worth the chance. ill pay a few bucks more for the oe product from ford (in my case) or use one of ours in a pinch.

you used the word "zomg"....you are an exact carbon copy of a trend follower.

and explain to me how it works because whatever fram says about their filters we cant take with a grain of salt.

oil soaked cardboard will collapse long before metal does.

And to think they don't have a good epoxy out there that bonds metal to a paper element is just ignorant.

i use oem filters because when overtightened, they do not crush like others when you take them off. it makes me feel better. plus i am just another sheep that works for the dealership.

I used the word zomg because I felt like i was talking to an internet hardass so I had to come down to your level and speak your language. Sorry.

Take a look at what 5thgen posted, its a good link from a 3rd party.
