alot. there is probably like $500-1000 of stuff left to buy depending on what kind of turbo it is and what kind of set-up you're looking to build

basically you would need...

piping
couplers
intercooler
bov
manifold
downpipe
air filter
maybe a wastegate and dumptube
engine management
boost gauge
injectors

things that would be nice along with it...
fuel pump
turbo timer
boost controller
spark plugs

to narrow things down would really have to know what you are lookin to do ect. as people have said before... also how much money you are tryin to spend

^ This man speaks the truth

What kind of turbo is it, what kind of motor is it going on, i might be able to point you in the right direction of some shit.

you also forgot that depending on how fast he wants to go he'll need pistons, rings, rods, clutch, and axles but that all depends on the size of the turbo. If its just a small t3 and you dont plan on going over 200whp you should be good on stock d-series parts for that.

I would do a clutch first no matter what, it would suck to boost your car then fry the clutch a week later.
