Need help ASAP!
Took it to acura yesterday. i think its more than the iacv...gonna have them fix all my problems.
1997 AIGSR.

sounds like it could be a fast idle valve (FITV)....don't know if your car has one.
IACV doesn't respond to temperature as much as a FITV would. Take your intake off....there "should" be 2 holes if you have a FITV. From there you can plug either one and isolate your problem a little better.

It's a 97, I don't think they have fitvs. Either way, the cars at the dealer, the problem is more than just the fitv/iacv.
