Swap in stock ecu for the test...they'll just plug it in to the OBDII scanner and if all is well you pass! Additionally you can pay the waiver fee, but I think that it has been jacked way up...like $250-500. I just did this 2days ago, but I'm running a stock ecu anyways.

I would, but i don't know if my car would run so good w/ a stock ecu. i'm running rc550 injectors, plus w/ all the turbo stuff i don't know how safe it would be to drive up there w/ no kind of tune. Any other suggestions?

You can try my ecu and see how it runs? If so I'll let you borrow it for the test.

thanks...i just don't think its a good idea to run my setup on a stock ecu. I might end up having to take all my turbo stuff off for the emissions, which would suck ballz...stupid emissions:piss2:

they only read the ECU, so as long as it says everything is fine, there shouldn't be a problem...right?

i have a p28 (obd1) though in a 97 integra (which is supposed to be obd2). i don't think they plug into obd1 ecu, and when they look for an obd2 ecu to plug into and see that its not there, i guess i fail.

disconnect the chargepiping going to your throttle body, put in stock injectors, and then put in a stock ecu. youll be running n/a on a stock ecu and not hurting the car at all. once you get done with the emmission testing, put the aftermarket injectors and ecu back in and the reconnect the chargepiping. bam.. your back to f/i

when we were trained to do emissions testing, we had to use a five gas analyzer, which reads all the gasses coming out of your tailpipe. it gives yo a printout of all your emissions readings, and if it is not within spec, you FAIL! i live in lincoln county(HAHA) so ive never witnessed it, but i think that there is more to it than just reading the ecu. im not sure though, so dont jump all over me.
