Did you swap the motor mount bracket on the engine to the one off of your D16A1 like I told you to?

No wonder you're having problems. I figured it would have been mounted like a ZC. You need the driver's side motor mount bracket bolted to the motor, a motor mount and the motor mount bracket spot welded to the car from an 88-91 Civic/CRX if you haven't gotten these already.

Can I Make A Sugestion?

If You Use The Z6 Head, Us A Y8 Head Gasket. It Will Lower The Comp. And You'll Be Running Enough Torque To Beat A B16 Crx RedLight to Redlight. lol

you need the bracket that bolts to the sohc motor from a 88-91 civic/crx. you will also have to grind some material off of it so the timing belt doesnt contact the mount, you will see what i mean when you bolt it up.
