Not every boosted B-Series. Just the average, run of the mill track time that lots of boosted Hondas run at the track, which is not a big deal.

no but a big waste of time and money if thats all the faster your going to run, shit stolle's d15 non vtec and Homemade turbo set up runs that fast lol and his whole car probley cost less then a b16swap.

but in the end b series will make more power just at a higher cost

The bottom end is completly stock with the addition PR4 Ls pistons and without a block girdle. The head has been mildly port & polished. It has buddy club adjustable cam gears, 450cc RCs, Unknown cams, Ferrea valves and titanium retainers dual valve springs. I don't know if the vavles are oversized. Skunk 2 Pro series intake manifold and Edlebrock TB dunno size. T3/t4 .60 .63 turbocharger with 38mm wastegate and ebay manifold, Intercooler unknown dimensions and 3" downpipe to 2.25" custom exhaust and HKS Hi Power Muffler. Chipped P72 or P28.
