Charity event help

I thought of an idea the other night.... how about having a charity event and hosting it at Bubble Teas Parking lot. That lot is huge... and if you plan it right you could even do a DJ booth.... plus we ALL know where it is... and you can get some bubble tea while we show.

because Bubble Tea actually owns 0% of that parking space... all of that would have to be set up with the Developer of that strip mall and with the city (Creve Coeur I believe); they haven't exactly been warm and fuzzy and like to pitch a fit on occasion about us loitering in that parking lot, even when we have bubble tea's owner (Jimmy's) consent. A big organized show would just attract more attention to us, and without permits, we would be run out of there real quick.

I clearly have not logged in in ages, but what came of this? Is it schuduled? My family and I are hosting a golf tourney and a trivia night to raise money for my dads headstone who passed away in January in a work accident. I have been talking to a lot of people and have had a good amout of sucess getting busniess to sponsor and donate things for a silent auction and raffle.

Let me know if I can help in anyway and when and where it will be. Also, would it be ok if I posted my events as well?
