jdm badge problem

Post by Daddy_Danglez »

Hey I drive a bb6 prelude SH, ordered Honda badges (red) just got them in. The front one fits but the back one isn't even remotely close.. I compared the stock ones and it looks like the prongs on the back are a little wider than the front. But the jdm ones I have the back is smaller. I know that the EP3 front badge fits the front. I'm not sure nor can't seem to find anything about the back badge. Any thoughts?

I don't think Honda ever made a 'Red H' badge for these cars.

werd, they were reserved for Type Rs. Any prelude badges would have to be aftermarket.

Then your nicer prelude would be ghetto. If thats what you want to do.. its your car. But there wasnt a Prelude Type-R. There was a Type-S, however.

I heard sometimes the badges don't fit because the car isn't "JDM" enough

You could always use a Dremel to cut off the prongs and use 3M foam tape to put the rear one on. Just an idea.
