fail. there is a truck in the picture.

haha, i know the law. trust me. been pulled over enough to know. you CAN run it on any hwy. as long as your close to the shoulder....youd have to be crazy but its totally legal and you dont have to have helmet, plates, or insurance for under 49cc. riding on interstates is illegal.

anyways go on columbias site midwestce.net and have someone do it.

O and some S glasses fosho. all together it would be like 70 bucks and you have it for future projects... Cut it as close as possible to the seat supporting bar I would remove the seat. the sparks can melt that vinyl. I would also cover everything painted for the sparks can also melt paint and burn into glass and then later rust. After you have the most of it cut off take the grinder with two hands with the grinding wheel installed and apply small pressure to the mount untill the area is almost flush about a 1/8 of the surface. Then install the softpad on the grinder this one is for finesse with this installed you are going to apply small pressure on the bar let the pad do the work. When you use this pad on this rounded surface you are going to want to do a wrapping motion on the bar back and forth. This will smooth what is left of the welds in to the remaining surface.
To be honest, Id rather give someone $70 to do it lol. After this, I don't really think I'll ever have to use a grinder on anything. But thanks for the input. Bump, still need this done.
