158whp on a mustang dyno for a stock gsr only revving to 7000rpms is really damn good. and ran a 14.4 in a full weight 4 door with a shitty 60 foot on michellins. thats better than a type r. could hit 13's with just tires and engine mounts. stock gsr in full weight 4door, that is just amazing. factory freak...
Should have made more power. Specs on things done to motor.

made more?? like i said this was only at 7000rpms. and on a MUSTANG dyno? please tell me how it should have made more???? 158whp stopping at 7000rpms on a mustang dyno is very impressive for a stock gsr.

More power? Are you kidding me? 158 whp on a Mustang is equivalent to 179.5 whp on a DynoJet. That is ITR power numbers. Yes, GSR trans and hitting the kick butt JDM tite speed limiter in the ECU.

B16's make right around 120 whp on a Mustang dyno if they are fairly healthy. One with bolt ons may put down 130. Stock B16's on a DJ make 125-145. To convert a DJ number to an MD number, multiply the DJ number by .88 and that will give you the HIGHEST number you'd see on an MD. Worst case number you could multiply by .85 or so.

VTAK smoke just adds to the sleeper look and keeps the exhaust from rusting from the inside out.

Read this post. They even state that 145 whp is HIGH on a Mustang dyno for a GSR...

I'd sure love for you to justify this. It's Missouri so I'm going to say SHOW ME.

he wont be able to like stated mustang dyno's are harsh they either read really low or accurate depending on the view and argument.

most people around here have only seen their cars on dyno jets or similar style of dyno's that don't read like a mustang dyno does.

that 158 is a good number no mater what dyno to be honest , and the fact that it has more is a bonus..

but the real question is have you had it at the track and if so what are your trap speeds .. thats the real number
