This is a fallacy ... this is not a race, but is an intensive experience in car control skills ... the best way to learn to handle a car is to practice in one that handles like crapmodthesol;88407 wrote:id do it, but my cars not set up for it.
Some rich guy buys an exotic and then proceeds to wreck it ... sound familiar?

Yikes...I'm used to payin' $50. I'd do this, but I'm not sure the route of the CRX just yet. And there's no way I'm running either the Supra or the BMW. Autotragics=fail in courses.

There's generally 1-2 week prior cut-off to get things handled administratively to pair up students with Instructors, determine groupings, make up course packets and etc
How's that work? $200-$250 for one day, $325-$350 for two days seems to be the going rateSlowOne.5;88560 wrote:Yikes...I'm used to payin' $50..
Also, "Autotragics=fail in courses" ... translation please?

I was part of an organization that is no longer back home. We got huge discounts and it would be 50 for the weekend.GTI-Guy;88580 wrote:Sorry, doesn't work like the show-up and go drag racing at Gateway

Car budget is tight right now and tax return is going to a full suspention upgrade, but I am going to do my best to be able to make this.

Being a "righteous guy" I just do want to point out that while I'm announcing this SCCA event, which a one-day track day, other local clubs (Porsche, BMW, etc) also have two day events to considergetteg;88815 wrote:

It will cost roughly +$100 for a two day event over a one day
If you can afford it definitely worth it as the progress that second day is a big one in terms of progress
