Sunday- 2 miles
Monday- 2.5 miles
Tuesday-2 miles
Wednesday-3 miles(95)
Thursday- 1.5 miles(102 degree)

probably plan to take a break tonight and start up again. I have been walking to motomart getting water and walking back on my normal route lately. I drink about 180 oz a day minimum of straight water.

Couldnt agree more with your statement on wearing a hoodie or any extra clothes. I try to wear all sweats most of the time, just have to stay well hydrated or plan on fainting without a warning if your actually working your ass off. Water alll day, Glass of milk first thing in morning and right before bed, protein shake at lunch and right after working out.

I have heard great things about P90x but haven't done it yet. I did however do Insanity and that was one hell of a work out and toned me up pretty nicely. I wish I had the energy and motivation to do it again :(

Yea, it's been mentioned on at least the second page. Here's what I posted:

Haha, I hear ya. I've been using it as I got it a year or two ago from a friend. I like a lot of the exercises, and fortunately I can focus enough to not hear how annoying the Tony guy is sometimes.

Only recommendation I have to people if they want to try it is to learn plenty of stretches first. They do not stretch enough IMO before a lot of the workouts so go through a lot of the warm-ups first and figure out what works for you and make your own. You'll end up hurting yourself often and throw off your workout routine.
