150-200oz of water a day for me

Taking phormula 1,ignition, and m-factor by supplement superstores

Stopped eating fast food aside from lions choice or taco bell on cheater days

I eat a lot of high protein foods and nutrition based now(lots of chickenfish)

I always worked out at my house but recently had switched over to energy fitness. Ended my first month with a 14lb gain in muscle(5 days a week in gym 1-2hrs at a time. mind you I was already in shape, high metabolism, but eating fast food all the time and drinking sugar based drinks
i haven't drank soda or energy drinks in about 2 months which is a great thing i feel so much better without them. i haven't even ate taco bell in about a month or so. i drink unsweetened tea with zero calorie sugar. i'm not that out of shape i'm just from a family of big dudes so i'm naturally big as it is i just want to get toned up and get rid of some fat and i'll be comfortable.

Yeah cutting back on all that stuff is a great feeling after a few weeks of doing it, I actually get pretty nasty\sick feeling if I drink any dark sodas or eat mcdonalds\jacknbox\etc. I don't go all out though with the diet\workout I do still have some fun in life lol. I cant sit and be a health freak and read back of all boxes making sure I don't eat this or that. I just stay away from soda, fast food, and drink alot of water. Always got to have 1-2 cheater days a week depending how well you last, otherwise its gonna be hard as hell

I wasted so many pills lol. I was like why am I not losing more??? I realized if you revert back to old eating habits then it'll reverse pretty quick. I am cutting back on eating out a lot and going back to eating twice a day. I get omaha steaks quite a bit and they help out a lot. Also I read how alcoholism leads to extreme weight loss, and it makes sense. If i drink beer, I wanna om nom everything in my house. If i drink mixed drinks I feel relaxed and not hungry. Needless to say a few drinks a night may prove to work well.
I know swapping one bad habit for another isnt good but whatever helps cut down on cravings!

That should be just fine. I only run a mile a day on the treadmill but prob do 1-2 miles throughout the day at work and its more then enough for me.

i think the main key is consistency and the occasional cheat meal as a reward. I started out at 150 in high school and I got to the point where i competed at 181lbs for powerlifiting for a bit. My advice, buy your own equipment and work out in your basement. Youll have no excuses for "not going to the gym". And dont sweat the meal timing stuff much either. Ive ate 6 meals a day and now i do 2 big and one small one bout two hours before bed and Im stronger than ever.

i had an olympic weight set at my dads house but i have my own place now so that's out of the question to move. i love to work out so really doing it's not an issue it's all about pushing my self for more.

Yeah I didn't realize how much more energy throughout the day the Overdrive was giving me (as well as cutting down a bit on cravings) until I started my break. I bet I'm only going like 2/3 to 3/4 as hard in my workouts as I was with the Overdrive and afterwards I'm pretty damn unmotivated to do a whole lot haha!

I for sure had to cut out beer (except for the occasional). Lot of excess calories, among other things, that I didn't need. I've had to start learning mixed drinks as it's never been my thing until now.

I definitely found motivation in buying my own stuff and not having to ride or drive anywhere to workout. If I didn't use it, I'd bully myself too much for wasting money haha!

And I think if your more focused on building muscle, you shouldn't need to worry too much about meal size, but it certainly helps if keeping your metabolism at it's peak is your goal.

Everyone's body is different though, so I know for a fact some people can get away with eating however they want and get results. My boss at work is a testament to that.

Yeah it actually makes complete sense to drink mixed drinks, makes you feel good and full, as long as you mix it with decent stuff. This whole week I've been going on my walks, I always wear a hoodie when i do also so i sweat more, it works.
Sunday- 2 miles
Monday- 2.5 miles
Tuesday-2 miles
Wednesday-3 miles(95)
Thursday- 1.5 miles(102 degree)

probably plan to take a break tonight and start up again. I have been walking to motomart getting water and walking back on my normal route lately. I drink about 180 oz a day minimum of straight water.
