Eat way less, drink a lot of water, and get some cardio in.

Works like a charm

You don't know what you're talking about. You're not very smart, and the things you're saying are nonsense. And I'm not angry. But you do need to shut up.

I go to the one in St Charles either on weekends or later at night if I'm not too drunk and I want to start going to the one in Fenton because I work out there and I'll probably be going around 440ish

Plenty of good advice here. I know my most important change was to switch what calories I did eat to calories that actual contained nutrition. I overate a bit, but I was only 156 or so at 5'10" before I started working out again. I was pretty flabby though.

You cut out sodas (and as many "sugar drinks" as you can) along with fast food and you can go along way even with moderate exercise (saves you money too!).

I started using the 1-Db Overdrive FAST pack and have finished the Thyro Drive (just wanted it to help get my metabolism going, as I didn't need to lose a ton of weight) and have lost at least 10 lbs of fat. Only took about 2 weeks (as someone else mentioned) to get in the groove and that's when it really started coming off. I'm about 3 months in now. The Overdrive gives me just enough energy to really work out (5 times a week in the morning).

Still have a bit more to go around the lower midsection, but I expected that. Just looking at my dad I know I will have to fight that for the rest of my life.

Haha, I hear ya. I've been using it as I got it a year or two ago from a friend. I like a lot of the exercises, and fortunately I can focus enough to not hear how annoying the Tony guy is sometimes.

Only recommendation I have to people if they want to try it is to learn plenty of stretches first. They do not stretch enough IMO before a lot of the workouts so go through a lot of the warm-ups first and figure out what works for you and make your own. You'll end up hurting yourself often and throw off your workout routine.

Stopped drinking sodas\energy drinks sides on my cheater days

150-200oz of water a day for me

Taking phormula 1,ignition, and m-factor by supplement superstores

Stopped eating fast food aside from lions choice or taco bell on cheater days

I eat a lot of high protein foods and nutrition based now(lots of chicken\fish)

I always worked out at my house but recently had switched over to energy fitness. Ended my first month with a 14lb gain in muscle(5 days a week in gym 1-2hrs at a time. mind you I was already in shape, high metabolism, but eating fast food all the time and drinking sugar based drinks
