well I was told when I started that there is no such thing as a 2 weeks notice in the car biz. there was a guy that i knew from hs working there then he wasnt there anymore. I just want to cover myself. I already am negative each month from what I get paid now, imagine how bad it would be if it was gone for 2 weeks or so.
parents only care so much lol.
I'll just keep focusing on my studying.

I just recently moved from Salesperson to Sales Manager. Cape Girardeau Honda. I can tell you that typically the instant you put in your notice.. you are done. The thought is why have someone taking more customers that won't be here to finish the deal or even service the customer after the sale.

If I was a manager at any business I would release the person at the time of them putting in their two weeks, only because it would be to much of a liability to keep them around if they were leaving soon anyway. They might try and tell the customer to come give them business at their new job. But I put my two weeks in at my current job (lou fusz dodge, service) and I'm working out the full two weeks though otherwise they'd be short handed.

You don't know what you're talking about. You're not very smart, and the things you're saying are nonsense. And I'm not angry. But you do need to shut up.

not really, they all know what i drive and when i start buying a bunch of honda shit they'll get suspicious. really the only parts we have are mainly body panels, radiators, ac components, reinforments and refabricated wheels. We dont really have anything engine related
