Do you get pulled over for not having a front plate?

I've never run without a front plate on any of my vehicles. But down here in Jefferson county, mainly festus/crystal city area. They seem not to care to much, I see a lot of cars/trucks without them.

i have a couple times. i told them i hit a dear and lost the plate but just got it fixed. the second time i just told him i didnt have it on so he told me to put it on when i got home and take my car to the police station in town, i never did. lol. but this has happened twice in 3 years.

I used to not run one, and got pulled over a bunch. Never ticketed for it though. I just always said I just washed my car and I took it off to wash behind it, and just havent gotten around to putting it back on. Always works.

Now I just ziptied it to the front.

wentzville looks for no front plates hard, they love pulling people over for it, wierd thou cause when i ran without one i got pulled over all the time but now that i am drive around with no bump cause my inner cooler i haven't got pulled over

i didnt get pulled over for 2years until i started visiting my gf in noco, been pulled over twice on st charles rock rd, but in my soco area they dont care.. I got tired of it so I zip tied it to my front. because they will get me for my tint + no front plate. that would suck!

I haven't had a front plate on any of my cars/trucks for more than 2 years. But I'm an old fart so I guess they don't bother.

I never ran a front plate on the front of the car in 2 years of owning the Camaro. Had it in the dash for a few months, then took it out for most of the rest of the time I owned it. Never once got pulled over for either, and the only time I got shit for it was when I got pulled over for 82 in a 70 and the highway patrolman (wright city) said something about it, but no ticket for that...or the speeding, just got a no insurance on me ticket.

well, i have driven by at least 3-4 cops one st. charles sitting on the side of veterans memorial, i thought if anybody was gonna get me it would have been that guy, but he didnt. now that i have said that ill probably get pulled over tomorrow. lol
