Do you get pulled over for not having a front plate?

i took off my front plate, bracket and everything to clean behind it. i didnt put it back, because well, it looks damn good without it. for those of you who dont have front plates do you get messed with much, if at all? im curious...

i know they was a bill awhile back to make it legal, but i dont know whats up with it right now.

The bill didn't pass. I've been pulled over maybe twice for no front plate but never ticketed.

I had mines off for a while never got pulled over but I had a lot of cops look like they wanted to get me...except 1 he tried to get me...he turned ahead of me while I was waiting at a red light...I got the green and pulled into qt and at the other end was the cop waiting but he never saw me pull into qt...Haha I won. But I must agree they do look better without

Used to get pulled over a few times a month about it finally got a ticket and Decided to put the front plate on a knock all the bull shit off. Looks lame but then again so is Missouri.

The first week I had the civic "properly" tagged(aka no expired sticker in window, actual PLATE now on car)I got pulled over and ticketed for no front plate. Had a series of them after, but then again, this was all in St Chaz county.

I've put it back on since, but I don't get hassled for anything else now that I live in Rock Hill. I really feel it's per department, whether they say so or not.

I use to not have a front plate but got pulled over way to many times. so i said fk it and used zip ties.

I got pulled over once in the grand am for it, but it was initially because my rear license plate light was out. I had my wedged between my dash and the windshield and the cop told me he couldnt see it, I played dumb and told him there wasnt any holes on the front for it, I put the pontiac plate cover over them years before.
