You don't know what you're talking about. You're not very smart, and the things you're saying are nonsense. And I'm not angry. But you do need to shut up.

YES! It's even worse when the overly obese woman/man gets on the machine next to you and all you hear is heavy breathing and a foul smell coming from them.

i recently switched to golds a few months ago, its a little bit more than club but you get more and its not as crowded. Yesterday I did some cardio and ended up going on an eliptical for an hour and fifteen, went 7 miles and burned 1k calories. boooosh, too bad I drank my way to hell that night otherwise id have something to show for it rather than worn out legs and a bad hangover >.<

This is a great idea! I'm on the elliptical machine at least 30 mins 2-3 times a week. Obviously not enough, haha. I like to change the resistance and incline to push myself (it also helps workout different muscle groups in the legs). I need to stop snacking when I'm not hungry; it's bad. Like retail therapy

Snacking is my biggest problem. That and I sit at a desk all day...

Today was a cardio day for me. Ten minutes biking, ten minutes on an eliptical and then 25 minutes of boxing. Five 5 minute rounds with one minute between rounds. Then stretching afterwards. Thursday is my next scheduled day and I will do lower body plus abs.
“Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless - like water. Now you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup, you put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle, you put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.” - Bruce Lee

"In the spring you will bloom like your heart through the glass in the back of the ambulance. You turn and you turn and you turn down the street, one more turn, won't you come back to me? And as it turns, the red lights, they were turning into red roses, red roses. Red roses. I'm not giving up." - Steps Ascending by Thursday

i have lost 12lbs down from 175lbs now im 5'7" and 163lb i was considered overweight, lol. my "frame size" is large and my doctor says i have above average muscle mass, so really im around my ideal weight taking in those factors. getting ready to go on a run right now, would much rather go to the gym, but i dont have time to go to the gym. :(

Just finished my 3rd day of Insanity and I'm down 3lbs in 3 days. I'm going to keep it up because 'm liking these results.
