Picture a stock looking red ef hatch and read this

1989 Honda Civic DX
4 speed manual
180,xxx miles

Drive this car everyday on highway to work, and around town. It is in good condition, glossy paint, clean interior, AC works

I have had the car maintained at Honda since I bought it, had the oil changed, valve cover gasket set replaced, new spark plugs.

The car has a few problems: it will need a driver side axle but should be only $60, it also has an intermittent check engine light for an o2 sensor, and it burns oil.

Would make a great car to commute in or an extra car to drive. I will have the oil changed and have the car detailed for whoever buys it!

Asking 1,600 obo. Please email me, and I will get back with you asap.

4-spd is not a DX, it's a standard (Std) which means it's 70 horspower, not 90 like a DX. However, you can install a DX cam and ecu and gain the 20 hp... go mutli-point injection as the next step, and gain about 10 more. Looks like someone put a teg center console in it. It's an 89 so it's a little lighter than the 90-91... $1,300 is probably a decent price.
