Oppps I broked'd the EF.............but we fixed'd it

Post by N2HIFI »

Ok well as most of your guys know last Tuesday the motor in my red civic went out potentially due to a oil pump failure causing rod bearing failure. I say potentially because i have yet to pull the oil pan off an fully diagnose the problem. So in the mean time we pulled the motor and swapped it with GunmetalSI's old bottom end. I am happy to say that we were able to fully pull and swap motors, do some e-bay clean up and have the motor up and running by 1:30am sat night.

So far as the car sits is am ubber happy .. not as aggressive as i wanted originally but this is my main car and the fun car to drive and runs REALLY good.

So now for the pics and probley a little more info
