Haven't seen it.
Sounds kinda fishy to me. I recommend going and checking it out. Making sure the swap is what he says it is, and check out the damage to the engine block.

Yeah, seemed really cheap. I'm going to check it out later today if I have time.

Take a compression tester with you, if he wont let you use it, walk away.

Make sure you check the stamp on the block and replacing / fixing that driver's side moutn at the block is NOT easy. Believe me, I did that on a block and all I couls rely on after that was the support of the torque moutn up front and the rear mount to support all the weight and shifting. I'm not saying it can't be done, but make sure you check it out because that could be a difficult problem down the road.
I'm still a neighborhood ASSHOLE!

Agreed. The bolt and the overall quality of the swap are my two biggest concerns. However IF I were to pick this up the bolt would have to be the first thing I replace, along with the TPS of course

Yeah cast aluminum is not the easiest thing to weld. You would most likely have to pull the engine and take the whole thing to a professional welder to repair the block. Also hope the stress of the crack didn't go all the way to the water jacket.

I think im just going to pass on this one. After looking into the effects of the broken mount I think i'll just let it be.
