Tire mount & balance

When the hell did a mount and balance get so expensive? Just about every place I've called has quoted $30-50 per tire!! I remember when it cost $10 bucks to mount and balance per tire.

Anyone have any suggestions as to where to go to not get ripped off?

At first, I didnt believe you. But then I called around.

I called dobbs, and 25$! Damn. Walmart does it for 10$. But yeah, I dont ever remember it being that much!

ill say this dont take them to plaza on hiway k the only person that knows what there doing there is madori(sp) who did my front 2 rims grate the dude who did my back to fucked them all up and thay wont fix them eather

I had to read that about 6 times to understand what you were trying to say lol.

This might help everyone understand a little better:

"Ill say this, don't take them to Plaze on Highway K. The only person that knows what they are doing is Midori. He did my front 2 rims, and did a great job. The dude who did my back two, fucked them all up, and they won't fix them either."

i always use walmart. I have only had them fuck up once and it was just a backwards tire.

ill recommend andy wurm tire, its the only place i go. i had some tires swapped from one set of wheels to the other and it was like $60, if i remember correctly, they know their shit. remember you get what you pay for.
