For seats, it's super cheap and easy to just find a clean seat in the junk yard, take the fabric off and take it home. Then you can remove the fabric from your torn seat and then just put the new fabric on and reattach the hog rings.
I've reupholstered 5 or 6 seats like this for less than $4 each with mint OEM fabric.

“Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless - like water. Now you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup, you put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle, you put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.” - Bruce Lee
"In the spring you will bloom like your heart through the glass in the back of the ambulance. You turn and you turn and you turn down the street, one more turn, won't you come back to me? And as it turns, the red lights, they were turning into red roses, red roses. Red roses. I'm not giving up." - Steps Ascending by Thursday
