Tuners in So. IL?

anyone know of tuners or import shops in Southern Ill? I see Lowe advertise, but that is still a bit far from me.
Is there a tuner around belleville, or even more south than that....just really need to find one around here.

dang thats over an hour away.....i need to go SE of stl not NE. Collinsville is closer. Oh well there probably isn't any tuners down here.

yea this fuckin redneck ass, lifted ford ranger with bald tires, yee haw, country music, shit area is ridiculous.....no tuners around here. vetecivic would be closer. Thanks for the info.
