Anyone here a machinist?

Hey i got an easy one here but i just dont have the tooling to do it myself so i was wondering if there was any one here who could drill and tap this huge ball bearing i have so it will screw onto my shifter. I want to use it as a shifter because it fits my hand perfectly and as stupid as it sounds it actually has sentimental value to me lol. Anyone here capable of something like this? Heres a few pics of it, and its solid steel. Thanks in advance for any help getting this done.

sukka you already know i have a tap set and i also have a drill press
