Need advice poll

Ok got ripped off on ebay for a part as in i did not recive it at all. The kid said that he was shipping it but had a problem so i belived him so i didnt want to report him to paypal or ebay. and then the 45 day mark hit and now its too late.

What should I do. I do have his addess and i have more info on his life due to simple internet (because i was bored at work yesterday)I know where he works and his freinds names you name it i know it I even have his number.

its not that big of amount he rip me off for onl $40.00

But what should i do i can totaly make his life suck to a point or go on with my life maybe it would be fun if you guys wanted to join in.

a stock H22 spark plug cover I know i can by the Carbon fiber ones but im just going to paint it so that would be a waist

Did he refund you your money? I would try to get my money back and if he doesn't either A) send you the part in a specified amount of time like 10 days or B) give your money back via PayPal, then I would report him.

Yep have some fun. He wants to play? Here is what you can do:

1. Start up a few new Ebay accounts using different email addresses. A nice touch is to get all of his information and start an account that he may use to "bid his auctions up"
2. With your new Ebay users, win every auction he has up using a different name each time as to not attract undue attention and also to totally fuck up his feedback rating.
3. Claim you sent the money order to him and he never sent the part. give him one star on each of his review type deals.

Tell the truth in your feedback and just say "paid for item, did not ship" or sent money over 45 days ago and still no product, etc.

He'll get the point where it came from.

Before you go through all that, tell him he has 5 days to return your money and you want every penny back. Any associated PayPal fees he needs to cover. IF you used a credit card on your PayPal account, you can also dispute it and your CC company will immediately take the money from PayPal. Well, shit rolls down hill so PayPal will take the money from him, too....

Well here is the latest:

he finaly manned up and responded to my email only after I got his parents email address and contacted them LOL.(how would you like to be around that dinner table that night LOL).

He responded by saying that the post office lost that item and that he did not know how to procced with the matter. So I instructed him on what to do to go ahead and file a claim with the post office and eather have them find it or give me my money back.

So we will see what will go on next.
