everything in that movie is out of date. it was made in 1998 so pretty much none of the info other than the original criminilazation is relevent.

still makes a good point. weed is illegal for no reason. why arent tobacco cigarets illegal? alcahol? a bunch of money has been wasted for no reason.

At least somebody saw the titties, lol. And I don't see how "everything" in the film is out of date seeing how 90% of it is about the history from the 1900s to the 70's or so.

I gotta agree, it was the HISTORY... history does not out date

I could be wrong but in my mind I feel pot is not legal because you can grow it very easily so it would be harder to tax.

Yes you can grow tobacco and make your own alcohol but not as easy as you can grow your own pot plant.

The government has to make sure they get their money.
