Was it just me or did it seem like a smaller turn out? And what do you guys think of the changes?

Parking on the West side
booth space only having fewer exit points
anything else noticable?

Maybe Memorial day weekend. People were out of town or what not.

decent turnout, people were just spread out more since the format changed up some.

I really liked the new setup they had, even though it was more walking there wasn't the line that was miles long waiting to get in. Now I didn't really see much racing but was everyone supposed to go around in front of the stands? Why not just keep it the same, but have the BOTB just go in front of the stands, so the people who are trying to cross to the drift area don't make it a jumble of mess.

Over all I had a really great time and liked how they had the parking A LOT better than years before.

it did seem like a smaller turnout but still a ton of people nonetheless. i like the changes and can't wait to see the new drift area.

I agree. A lot of people went out of town, Pointfest was the following day and people planned parties, so I think it was just a smaller turnout because of the holiday weekend.

Drifting was FUN.

The parking thing kinda sucked for me because SilverSharkette brought my drift tires which I had to carry a quarter mile back to the drift area. But other than that it was utmost enjoyable. I can see how it would be mediocre if you aren't part of the entertainment. LOL
