HELP NEEDED, i will supply pizza and beer... >,<

i just bought a built head and need some help...

the motor is a B18a1, the new head has been ported and polished and has crower cams, crower springs and retainers in it...

i have a set of ARP head studs, new cam seal, new T-belt, new water pump and head gasket... i also have copper spray if needed for the HG...

i haven't swapped a head on a civic yet and to be honest, i would rather have some help with it...

so if anyone is interested and has done this before, the right way, please let me know... i would like to do it this weekend but i will be off the next two days if that is better... you will need to supply a torque wrench as mine is a POS, or i could just go buy a new one i suppose...

i can go to you or you can come over here, we can use the garage, i will supply food and drinks...

whats the block guard for? you dont just slap those in a block

yes, i know this...

thougt it was obvious that i listed the items i have to be installed, far as i know, the person who offers to help may know how to trim it down and install it corectly...

You need a machine shop to install it.

Honestly, don't waste your time on the block guard, Brian. If you are THAT bored, just drive down this way one day early and we'll throw it on there...

Like I said, you have all the parts, come on down to the lake. I have a lift, I have the tools. We can get it done pretty quick. Come this way and buy pizza and a couple root beers and I'm happy. I know it's a drive but for the price, it may be worth it.
