hey folks
Im new to the forum. Im happy to see a group of honda enthusiasts right here in STL. We must plan a gathering/show of our cars. I bought an 06 Blue RSX type S this past august. Its the best honda product i have ever owned. here is what i have owned in the past:
88 civic LX 4 door (160k when i sold it-first car back in 1995)
88 Prelude SI 4ws (I loved this car, but rust got the best of it-Im from northern Illinois and they put alot more salt on the streets up there)
92 Accord LX (got the car with 110k-put another 100k on it, and it still ran fine-looked like shit though!)
05 Civic SI (I liked the car, but i felt it was below average for the most part. I crashed the car pretty bad at 1800 miles, so i didn't want to hang on to it very long. I put 22K on it before i trade it in for my RSX. I only had the car 10 Months!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
and now the RSX......
p.s. how old are you people on here? im 27

22, almost 23 here. Congrads on the purchase. I looked long and hard at those, before I finally settled on the civic. I just couldn't justify making myself go more in debt, while I'm still finishing college.

I'm 17. Welcome to the boards. Do you have pics of the RSX?

yea, for shure!
I got my masters and landed a great job, so i could afford this fairly expensive gem of a car. I have been wanting one of these since i saw the concept at the 2001 chicago auto show.
What do you all drive?
Cheers!

Oh, and as far as the meet and show the cars thing... its already happened... like 3 times (2 were planned on STLSR before this board was created, and once like 2 weeks ago) but I'm sure there will be several meets/cruises in the spring.
This post comes with a guarantee: I guarantee that I don't care what you think about it.
