gun info

ive been looking up missouri and illinois gun laws and i am kinda lost. can anyone summarize what they know on how old you have to be to shoot one, transporting em, and keeping em at your house any info will be appreciated.

You have to be 18 to buy amunition, rifles and shotguns. You have to be 21 to buy a handgun and 23 to get a concealed carry permit. There is no age limit to shoot one. You can transport your gun in your vehicle loaded as long as you are legal to own that weapon. You can have as many guns at your house as you want but if you have little ones put a trigger lock on them. This information applies to Missouri only I do not have any info for Illinois but they are different. All that I know about Illinois is that you have to have a FOID card to buy and possess firearms.

does this mean i have to have the gun registered?
do i need a permit or have the gun registered to shoot or transport a riffle? handgun? i am 19
do i need a permit or have em registered to have em in the house?
so i can go to a shooting range and shoot a rifle and hand gun?
only a few of my guns are regestered

1.You do not need a permit to own or shoot a rifle or shotgun.
2.You do need a permit for handguns but you can shoot them with supervision from the owner and as I said you have to be 21 to transport and own.

no i have some and i am interested in shooting em

i talked to a gun shop they were not nice so i asked a cop and he gave me good info
