Safety Inspection Help

I need to renew my tags this month and my car won't pass a safety inspection (No windshield wipers) Can anyone hook me up with a safety inspection?

Correct me if I am wrong but I was told that the emissions station does everything now. They do your safety and check your car for a cat along with everything else.

I haven't seen your car in a while, but did you remove the whole wiper system? If you just got rid of the arms I could let you borrow mine.

The whole system is gone. I have the arms, but they have to work in order to pass inspection.
