Forming a S Corp or an LLC

I own a small company on the side of my job. Lately it has gotten a little bigger with increasing business opportunities. This also opens me up more legally, so I was looking into forming an S Corp or an LLC in Missouri. Can someone point me in the direction of where to start and also a good lawyer to help me set this up?

Also, there's some website I saw advertised where you can set up an LLC online if you're comfortable with that
