my bike accident

Post by civicex442 »

as come of you know already i was in a pretty bad bike accident on sunday in pacific. i was cruzing on osage which runs parallel to 44. the exit off east bound 44 only has a stop sign and as i approached the intersection, i was t-boned by an old lady breaking my right leg in three spots and totaling my bike. i was wearing a fulmer helmet that fit properly, which struck the ground more than once, and a joe rocket textile jacket and gloves that absolutely saved my life. thanks to this lady im out of work for several months, broken bones, and lost a project i had been working on for several months. please people, look twice before entering an intersection. i was just out to get some food and now im eating jello in a hospital

Sorry to hear about the accident. I'm glad to hear that you were wearing all of your gear though. I hate seeing people with out the proper gear. The consequences could easily mean a persons life.
