Somethings not right

On another forum im on, thers a guy on there that says one of his friends has a 700 hp rsx type s running a pure methanol injection with a turbo.

The cars got a full interior, aftermarket sound system, plus a computer system ( not like an ecu, a mini pc). And its not tuned, has anyone heard of this unicorn or is it complete bullshit.
