Doesn't sound like a vacation so much...Sounds like a old folks camping trip but it's what you like.

Sunshower Country Club is a family oriented camp which offers a variety of weekend activites from mid-May through mid-September. Located in east central Indiana, Sunshower has rolling grass and beautiful trees secluded on ninety-eight acres of forest land. Our large "L" shaped pool with adjoining umbrellaed picnic area and hot tub make for a very enjoyable day or evening. My parents took us to shit like this every single year, 2 times a summer. This is also how I know where the good camping spots are down in the boot, and SW Missouri, and down in Arkansas.

I love to camp/hike...but Christ I can't stand places like that anymore. I'll pitch a tent in the middle of nowhere if it's not private property, rather than be surrounded by idiots w/ RV's and screaming kids, and mom's wishing there were better facilities.
