Selling my car?

if i go to sell my car to another person, how would i work out the situation with my bank in which i have a loan through?

You have to pay off the loan when you get the money and then title wont have the lean or whatever on it IIRC.

u can talk to ur bank about it. What can be done is the person can get approved for the rest of the loan( what you owe) and they take over the payments.

Usually it's easiest to go to your bank after the other person is approved by theirs. Then they will call the other bank and finalize everything.
