JDM Climate Control

I picked up a jdm climate control last night and i dont believe it functions properly when plugged into a usdm car due to it needing a servo or something along those lines...any idea of how to get this to wrk or maybe reference to someone who would

looks cool and reads outside/inside temp and all types of stuff the usdm one doesnt lol, i got it for free tho so anything profit
