I need emissions help.

Well its that time again. The CRX needs to be tested and it is NOT going to pass the way it sits. Does anybody know where I can get a hook up on a test so i can stickers for the plates? Oh and if anyone has the hook up on a safety inspection i might need that as well lol. thanks in advance.

so your car needs emissions testing? i thought all 95 or older were exempt

i thought the pre obd2 cars arent going to be exempt till something like the end of august or end of september.

I just had my emissions done. They hooked their computer into mine and scanned it then passed it.

will be exempt in september all 95 and older.

someone told me they sell this stuff called sure to pass or some shit you put it in you gass and drive out the whole tank then take it and get it tested and it will pass, i never tryed it but i did put ethonal e86 in my tank to see if that would work but it worked to well and now they cant test it

my step dad tried this and made it worst then the first time...

i got the hook up on safty insprections jake i do them at work...

Some tips I learned...

Drive your car for a good 15-20 minutes and put fuel injection cleaner in it. It puts more O2 in your exhaust, I believe.

no little "tricks" are going to get it to pass, its a turbo engine with straight exhaust. Plus when they open the hood to plug the cylinder they will notice the turbo, most likely failing it on the spot. What I need is a "contact" that can get me a clean pass somehow.

those places are watched pretty well. Its gonna be hard to find someone that is good enough to not get caught or too dumb to care
