WTF???Ticket....

So I just walked in my door and grabed the mail from outside and was going through and I got something from the Alton police station and I'm like ok there looking for donations or something. I go to throw it away and for some reason I felt like well maybe it's something else, so I open it and it says the charge is 15-20MPH above speedlimit and the case number is from 2006. I haven't gotten pulled over by alton police since like January of 06 but I got that taken care of, it says I goto court April 27th and that my fine is $200 but I didn't do anything so I think I'm gonna go get retarded with the Alton Police Station cause this is just rediculas cause I paid $250 to em last year for doing 5 MPH over and we got that shit on video tape so what else could be going on.

Also I don't remember going through any speed traps or anything and if I did I would have gotten this alot longer ago.

For what I know, speed traps are illegal/not installed in Missouri; I could be wrong. Second, hold your composure, don't act like an idiot when you go talk to the Police. Also, what's this 15-20mph over? Shouldn't it have an exact speed?

i got clocked doing 81 in a 60 over on 370 once and it got thrown out.
i didn't have to go to court either.
