how much did you weigh 3 years ago?

3 years ago i weighed 130lbs, i had a 6 pack and was cut, i worked out on a regular basis. now i have a keg and weigh around 172lbs lol, damn i guess i just realized that i put on bit too many pounds, how many have you put on? i think im gonna try and get back in shape im already goin bald i dont need to be bald and overweight...:Eyecrazy:

I still weigh a buck 40. I have weighed that since high school and I'm 28 now. Hooray for high metabolism!

Well, I was 225 when I got out of the Marine Corps in 02, then until about 3 months ago I was 335. In the last 3 months Ive lost 29 lbs. Not stoping until I lose 85. I never want to get over 250 again.

like 170-175ish... then went up and touched the 200 range... now I'm at 160-165

220 3 years ago very little fat and now im 260 and a fckin chunk. alwayz carrying my spare around with me
