Ok, since firestone is worthless at finding the issue here and I have replaced near every single suspension part on my car ill ask here.
1997 Teg: w/ Koni yellows. Replaced Upper and lower ball joints, tie rod ends, and axle. Also checked top hat bushings and nuts as well as LCA bushings
Noise coming from the front end, both sides, under normal driving (Straight, turning, slow/fast, accelerating and braking....noise the the same) Popping/clunking/crunching noise. (Non rotational) A couple people seem to think its wheel bearings, but I figured it would be more of a squeaking and grinding noise than a pop.

Does it get louder in correlation to the vehicle's speed?
“Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless - like water. Now you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup, you put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle, you put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.” - Bruce Lee

So it doesn't make the noise at idle?
does the car move/shift/vibrate when the noise is made? Have you checked your inner tie rod bushings?

have you checked out your sway bar endlinks and bushings? it attaches to both sides of the car so it can sound like its coming from both sides when its happening only on on side.
also check your steering rack for extra wear and tear. my old crx would clunk and it was because of the bushing inside the steering rack was worn.

fixed it for you. its a white plastic bushing that goes around the rack. it keeps the rack from hitting the casing.Waffles;262846 wrote:the bushing inside the rack.
